Sar Tech LLC in Fremont, CA is seeking IVR SQA Engineers to develop and execute software test plans in order to identify Interactive Voice Response-related software problems and their causes. Individuals will apply software quality assurance tools and technologies, as well as related experience with interactive voice response, to perform the following duties and responsibilities:
requirements, create test cases, conditions and scripts and create and manage test data, test execution and defect management processes.
• Implement software quality assurance techniques, including feature testing, test automation, code coverage and analysis, and agile team testing, including test driven development
• Create Automated and manual test cases for Interactive Voice Response (IVR) application from the Voice User Interface (VUI).
• Write special test cases and test the application to see if the IVR application provides Explicit Confirmation as well as Implicit confirmation to the callers
• Provide production support to end users of the IVR application.
• Collaborate with team members on advanced software quality assurance techniques that maintain high quality software and measure to ensure high quality software is delivered
• Co-ordinate with developers, project managers, support team, UX design and technical architects to analyze and understand requirements
• Participate in design meetings, manual test of program changes, and creation and development of comprehensive test strategies
• Deliver detailed plans and milestones and be ready for intense peer reviews by cross functional teams
• Acquire and or demonstrate domain knowledge in the domain and lead functional specification reviews
• Ensure that products meet exacting requirements for accuracy and explicit and or implicit validation of scientific/financial methodologies
• Perform black box manual testing of specific non-functional and functional test cases, as well as smoke testing to validate the application for further testing.
• Identify test failures and notify the owner of such tests via Google's bug tracking tool, Buganizer, for immediate attention and resolution
• Execute test scripts by test cases using Google's Internal tool
• Write SQL queries to extract data
• Validate reports for new requirements and create documents for process flows and system specifications
• Review Test Plans and Test Cases with the QA team to verify implementation of new features and enhancements

• The normal minimum requirements for the offered position are as follows: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical or electronics engineering, or a related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position.
