Business Analyst! Permanent Position / Direct Hire!
Job Title: BUSINESS ANALYST
Job Duties: SAR Tech LLC in Fremont, CA is seeking a Business Analyst to collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, streamline processes, and deliver scalable technology solutions across multiple enterprise systems.
Job responsibilities and duties include:
•Improve planning, reporting, and operational workflows while ensuring data accuracy, integration efficiency, and effective stakeholder communication.
•Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to translate them into clear functional and technical deliverables.
•Design process improvements and data models, create workflows and mockups to support system enhancements and efficiency.
•Support model development, configuration, and optimization activities to ensure consistency, accuracy, and scalability.
•Collaborate with IT and data teams to manage integrations and maintain data governance standards across systems.
•Develop and execute testing plans, coordinate releases, and validate functionalities to ensure alignment with business objectives.
•Partner with stakeholders across departments to manage priorities, communicate updates, and provide user training and platform support.
•Build and maintain reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
•Build Anaplan models, UX, Salesforce reporting, and perform data integrations and Tableau reporting.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Management, Computer Science, Engineering or any related field of study plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s) in which the experience was gained.
In lieu of the above-stated primary education and experience requirements, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Management, Computer Science, Engineering or any related field of study and five (5) years of post-degree, progressively responsible experience in any related position(s) in which the experience was gained.
Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, or knowledge with at least 5 of the following tools:
1. Anaplan, Salesforce, Pigment, Tableau, Snowflake, Dell Boomi,
2. SQL, Excel, Power Point, Lucid chart, Cloud Works, Data Modeling,
3. Service Now, Confluence, Jira, Asana, API Calling,
4. Application Analyst, Informatica
Require 50% domestic travel. Work from home is allowed anywhere in the US. Job duties are project-based and performed on long-term assignments at various unanticipated sites within the U.S. which may require relocation at the end of each project.
