Sar Tech LLC in Fremont, CA is seeking an Information security Analyst to Plan, design and architect User Identity and Access Management systems including, but not limited to, account provisioning, approval workflow for access, de-provisioning, access auditing, security audits, risk assessment, report generation, and SSO solutions. Individual will utilize advanced knowledge of subject matter principles and concepts, as well as related experience in security solutions, to perform the following duties and responsibilities:
Design, implement and support identity and access manager-based security solutions.
Translate business requirements and processes into functional specifications.
Manipulate WPF in C# and HTML5, CSS3 in JQuery, including making dynamic pages using AJAX, JSON, and XML
Design and develop JavaScript framework and AJAX based UI configuration widgets
Perform advanced validation of protein sequences using algorithms written in C#
Perform report generation using WPF and HTML for validated protein sequences
Work on automatic protein identification using algorithms written in C# and SQL Server, based on data acquired from Mass Spectrometry instrument
Locate modifications for the Proteins using advanced algorithms
Perform high-level report generation with respect to modified proteins
Use graphics processor for high speed performance of the tool
Write stored procedures and functions in SQL Server
*Position does not supervise other personnel.
Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or a related field of study that provided the required knowledge and abilities, and 2 years of related experience in any position(s) that provided the required skills and abilities.
Qualified candidates must also have demonstrable knowledge, experience and proficiency with the following:
- WPF, C#, and SQL Server
- AJAX, JSON, and XML
- JavaScript framework and AJAX based UI configuration
Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. The term suitable, in this context, means substantial compatibility with stated academic level and job experience requirements, and ability to perform job duties.

Job duties are project-based & performed on long-term assignments at various unanticipated sites within the United States which may require relocation at project end. No travel; no telecommuting.
